Event Location
ESAC Campus
The meeting will take place at the European
Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC)
in Villanueva de la Cañada, near Madrid.
There is public transport from Madrid to ESAC. More details on how to get to ESAC can be found here.
Please note that the public transport to ESAC is not very convenient. For this reason, we will provide a
shuttle service between Madrid and ESAC as detailed below.
Transportation
The shuttle bus to ESAC will leave each day of the conference from Hotel Exe Moncloa, C. Arcipreste de Hita, 10,
28015 Madrid at 08:30 and return at 18:00.
Please be there at 8:25 as the bus will not wait for
late
participants.

The workshop will be held in the D001 and D002 rooms of the D Building (see map below):
Lunch Break
Lunch will take place in the ESAC Canteen from 13:30 to 14:30; the daily menu can be found here.
Participants will be responsible for covering their lunches.
Accommodation
The city of Madrid has many hotel rooms offered at a wide range of prices. The participants of the competition
will leave and return from Madrid to ESAC from near the Moncloa station. We recommend booking a
hotel that is either in this area or with a metro connection to it. Some recommendations from previous
